Website terms.

These terms govern general use of the breadIT website. Quotations, subscriptions, projects, support, warranty and other paid services are governed by the separate written terms accepted for the relevant engagement.

1. Website information

Website content is general information and may be updated. Product, subscription, feature, compatibility, availability, lead-time, pricing and service statements are not binding unless confirmed in a written quotation or agreement.

2. Technical and safety information

Website information is not a wiring instruction, commissioning method, safety procedure or confirmation of model compatibility. Electrical, mechanical, fuel, engine, generator and control work may be hazardous and should be performed only by competent persons using approved documentation, isolation procedures and site controls.

3. Interactive tools and AI-related content

The site guide, finders, calculators and brief builders provide general directions or organise user-supplied information. They do not provide professional, regulatory, safety, licensing, compatibility or investment approval. Outputs require human review and written confirmation where relevant.

4. Third-party brands and relationships

Microsoft, Deep Sea Electronics, Cummins, PowerCommand, ComAp and other brand names or marks belong to their respective owners. References are descriptive of relevant products or application contexts and do not by themselves imply agency, dealership, distribution rights, endorsement, authorisation, official representation or partnership. Any actual commercial relationship relevant to a quotation must be stated expressly in writing.

5. Quotations, licences, components and services

Any quotation should identify the service scope, contracting and billing parties, third-party licensing or component arrangements, taxes, payment, delivery, warranty, cancellation, renewal, exclusions and other applicable conditions. An enquiry or website interaction is not an accepted order.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Unless otherwise stated, the website design and original breadIT content may not be reproduced or misused without permission. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, scrape protected information or submit unlawful content.

7. Service terms and rights

Liability, warranties, governing law, dispute procedures and any applicable consumer rights for paid work are set out in the relevant written quotation, order, subscription or service agreement. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Written confirmation controls: Where website content differs from an accepted quotation or agreement, the accepted written document governs the relevant engagement.
